This website is operated by Little Panda Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Little Panda Shop. Little Panda Shop offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services, to you—the user—conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional terms referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services to you.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity.
Day: Calendar day.
Long-term transaction: A contract involving recurring delivery of products or services.
Durable medium: Any tool allowing personal information to be stored for future use.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: Little Panda Shop.
Distance contract: A contract concluded through remote communication methods.
Means of distance communication: Any method enabling a contract without physical presence.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to every offer by Little Panda Shop and every distance contract between Little Panda Shop and the consumer.
Before concluding a distance contract, these Terms will be provided to the consumer.

If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms may be provided electronically in a form suitable for storage.

In case of conflicting provisions, the consumer may rely on the most favorable applicable condition.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

If an offer is valid only for a limited time or under specific conditions, this will be stated clearly. The offer is non-binding, and Little Panda Shop reserves the right to modify it.

Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind us.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Little Panda Shop confirms acceptance electronically. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the contract.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days once the returned product or proof of shipment is received.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Little Panda Shop may exclude withdrawal rights for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed hygienic products once opened

  • Other exceptions under EU consumer law

ARTICLE 9 – PRICING

Prices will not increase during the validity period of the offer, except for VAT or legal adjustments. All prices are subject to typographical errors.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

Little Panda Shop guarantees that products meet reasonable expectations of usability and quality.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

We take great care when fulfilling orders. Orders will be delivered promptly and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Consumers will be notified of delays.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL

Indefinite contracts may be terminated at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
Fixed-term contracts may be canceled at the end of the agreed duration.

ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins.
Little Panda Shop may charge reasonable administrative fees in case of payment default.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering defects. We will respond within 14 days. If no resolution is achieved, a formal dispute may be submitted.

ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES

All agreements and these Terms are governed by Belgian law (or Dutch law if preferred).

Canadian compliance addition (required):

Canadian consumers may have rights under Canadian consumer protection laws, which apply in addition to these Terms.
