LITTLE PANDA RETURN POLICY

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.


RETURNS

Timeframe:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For products where hygiene is important, items must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions:
For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • underwear

  • lingerie

  • tights

  • personal care items


How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please email us at info@littlepandashop.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the product (required in case of damage or defects)

  • Your contact information


REFUNDS

Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. First check your bank account.

  2. If the refund is still not visible, please contact us at info@littlepandashop.com.


COSTS

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a track & trace service, as Little Panda is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return destination:
All returns must be shipped to China.
Shipping costs typically start from approximately €20, depending on your location.


EXCEPTIONS

  • Defective or incorrect products:
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
    If the same issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Order cancellations:
    Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
